Significant weather events across the U.S. are impacting our shipping carrier network.  Although your location may not be impacted by weather, the movement of packages in the network may be impacted by weather conditions in other areas.  Please allow additional days for delivery.   

What shipping methods are offered?

We offer three shipping options:

Standard Usually arrives 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of purchase. Please note orders may take up to 72 hours to process if shipped with standard service. In most cases, orders placed after 11 am PT/ 2 pm ET will begin processing and shipment the following business day.

Expedited Usually arrives 2-3 business days from the date of purchase if the order is placed by 11 am PT / 2 pm ET (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 11 am PT / 2 pm ET Monday - Thursday will ship the next business day; orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Express Usually arrives 1-2 business days from date of purchase if the order is placed by 11 am PT / 2 pm ET (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 11 am PT / 2 pm ET Monday - Thursday will ship the following business day; orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Before an order is shipped, it is processed. Processing times vary, typically between several hours to one business day. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, the above estimates start from the first business day after your order is placed. Contact us with questions about which shipping method is right for you.  Some large orders may require extra processing time. If your order requires extra time to fulfill, we will contact you via phone and/or email.  Above are estimates only. Actual shipping times vary by location and products ordered.

Shipping terms and conditions?

Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We regret that we are not able to guarantee express delivery in the event of severe weather. We currently only accept orders being sent to the 48 contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer shipping to international addresses currently.

Are there days orders are not processed?

Our shipping centers are closed on U.S. federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to process orders placed by noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, on the same day. Orders received after that time or on the weekend will be processed the next business day, except for holiday or high-volume timeframes. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive using UPS Ground shipping, depending on the destination.

Orders using Expedited or Express delivery should arrive the designated number of business days after being shipped. Saturday and Sunday delivery are not available. Note that orders containing aerosols cannot be shipped overnight or via expedited air service.

Orders ship from Dallas, Texas.

What if my drybar.com order arrived damaged?

Drybar will gladly replace any products ordered on drybar.com that were delivered to you damaged. Please email [email protected] with images of your package and your order information. Any queries sent after 7 business days will be ineligible for replacement.

What if my Drybar package is lost?

If your product shipment tracking via UPS or USPS displays no movement or displays delivered and has not been delivered, please reach out directly to the shipment company to start a claim under the tracking number for your order. Once the claim has been resolved, Drybar will either replace or refund your order. For any questions, please reach out to our team at [email protected] with your order information.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Ground Shipping: $10 - but most of the time it's Free!

Two-Day Shipping: $15*

Overnight Shipping: $25*

*Orders containing aerosols cannot be expedited.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We can ship to P.O. boxes in the continental U.S. via USPS Ground shipping only. Orders to P.O. Box addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping. Please be sure to select the Ground Shipping option during checkout. Currently, we do not offer USPS shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories?

Currently, we do not ship orders outside of the continental United States. This includes but is not limited to American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship orders outside of the continental United States. This includes but is not limited to American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
