HOW TO ENTER
To submit an entry during the Giveaway Period, each participating person (a “Participant”) must leave a product review on the corresponding product page during the month prior to the name drawing. The name drawing will be made during the first week of every month for the Giveaway Period. There will be one (1) winner consisting of a Drybar product of the Winner’s choosing.
WINNER
One (1) winner (the “Winner”) will be selected the first week of every month during the Giveaway Period by random selection conducted by Drybar Products LLC (“Sponsor”) from entries received during that Giveaway Period. All results of the selections are final and binding, subject to these rules (“Official Rules”). In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. If by reason of a printing, computer or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a computerized random selection to award the advertised number of prizes available. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. For a winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by January 15th, 2023 to: Drybar Giveaway, 1 Helen of Troy Plaza, El Paso, Texas 79912.
NOTICE TO WINNER
No later than the 25th of each month, Sponsor will individually notify the Winner via email provided with the review. If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) days from the date Sponsor first tried to notify them, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to receive the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, late or misdirected mail or delivery or communication problems of any kind.
PRIZE
One (1) prize will be awarded during the first week of every month of the Giveaway Period. The Winner will receive a Drybar product of their choosing.
The Drybar prize will vary depending on the winner’s product selection. Prizes may take up to sixty (60) days to arrive. Sponsor is not responsible for any prizes not delivered or lost during transit. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees, as well as any other expenses not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prize consists only of the item(s) specifically listed as part of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to alter the number of Winners based on participation and availability of products. Sponsor also reserves the right to substitute any prize for a prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available upon Winner’s request.
CONDITIONS
BY ENTERING, Participant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this Giveaway and agrees that any dispute regarding the conduct of this Giveaway, rule interpretation or award of prize, shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. By participating, Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating retailers, sales representatives, distributors and promotion and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize, expiration of validity of the prize, participation in any Giveaway related activity, or participation in the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error(s) in the printing of this offer or the administration of the Giveaway, lost, late, or unintelligible entries, lost connections, miscommunications, failed transmissions, other technical difficulties or failures, any error(s) or failure(s) of the Drybar email server, the announcement of the prize, and/or prize confirmation and affidavit of eligibility notification(s) or mail requests that are mutilated or lost for any reason. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Giveaway, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Giveaway is severely undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the Giveaway as a result of Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Prize from among all eligible entries received up to the date of such Force Majeure event. By entering the Giveaway, a Participant consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, image and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook/Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor not Facebook/Instagram.
DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (1) these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with this Giveaway shall be governed and construed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws, and (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
