How Does a Diffuser Work?

Diffusers are blow-dryer attachments that minimize how frizzy your natural hair can get if left to its own devices. The Bouncer is a universal diffuser that broadens and reduces the speed of airflow from your blow dryer to gently dry, define and reduce frizz in naturally curly hair.

How to Use The Bouncer

1. Attach The Bouncer to your Buttercup Blow-Dryer or Baby Buttercup Blow-Dryer. Although The Bouncer is designed for these blow-dryers from Drybar, this diffuser can fit on most other blow-dryers as well!
2. Then, starting at the ends, scoop large amounts of hair into the diffuser, allowing your natural curls to form.
3. Work slowly up the hair, gently massaging your hair in a circular motion with the diffuser fingers. Leave each section in place for several seconds before moving onto the next.
4. Continue until your hair is completely dry. Cheers to bouncy, beautiful curls!
