Get It In Time For Christmas

Shipping delays are complicating holiday gifting for everyone this year.
We've got a few tips to help make sure your gifts arrive on time.

 

Order by Noon PT on Monday, December 13th for Standard shipping.  It's Free!

Order by Noon PT on Monday, December 20th for Expedited shipping. 

Order by Noon PT on Tuesday, December 21st for Express shipping.  

 

In a hurry, check out your local Macy's, Nordstrom, Sephora, Ulta or Drybar franchise shop locations for quick pick-ups of Drybar gifts.  

What shipping methods are offered?

We offer three shipping options:

Standard Usually arrives 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of purchase. Please note orders may take up to 72 hours to process if shipped with standard service. In most cases, orders placed after 11 am PT/ 2 pm ET will begin processing and shipment the following business day.

Expedited Usually arrives 2-3 business days from the date of purchase if the order is placed by 11 am PT / 2 pm ET (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 11 am PT / 2 pm ET Monday - Thursday will ship the next business day; orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Express Usually arrives 1-2 business days from date of purchase if the order is placed by 11 am PT / 2 pm ET (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 11 am PT / 2 pm ET Monday - Thursday will ship the following business day; orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Before an order is shipped, it is processed. Processing times vary, typically between several hours to one business day. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, the above estimates start from the first business day after your order is placed. Contact us with questions about which shipping method is right for you.  Some large orders may require extra processing time. If your order requires extra time to fulfill, we will contact you via phone and/or email.  Above are estimates only. Actual shipping times vary by location and products ordered.

Shipping terms and conditions?

Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We regret that we are not able to guarantee express delivery in the event of severe weather. We currently only accept orders being sent to addresses within the United States. We are not able to ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer shipping to international addresses currently.

Are there days orders are not processed?

Our shipping centers are closed on U.S. federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to process orders placed by noon Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, on the same day. Orders received after that time or on the weekend will be processed the next business day, except for holiday or high-volume timeframes. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive using FedEx Ground shipping, depending on the destination.

Orders using Expedited or Express delivery should arrive the designated number of business days after being shipped. Saturday and Sunday delivery are not available. Note that orders containing aerosols cannot be shipped overnight or via expedited air service.

What if my drybar.com order arrived damaged?

Drybar will gladly replace any products ordered on drybar.com that were delivered to you damaged. Please email contact@drybar.com with images of your package and your order information. Any queries sent after 7 business days will be ineligible for replacement.

What if my Drybar package is lost?

If your product shipment tracking displays no movement or displays delivered and has not been delivered, please reach out directly to the shipment company to start a claim under the tracking number for your order. Once the claim has been resolved, Drybar will either replace or refund your order. For any questions, please reach out to our team at contact@drybar.com with your order information.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Ground Shipping: $10 - but most of the time it's Free!

Expedited Shipping: $15*

Express Shipping: $25*

*Orders containing aerosols cannot be shipped with air freight services (Expedited or Express).  

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We can ship to P.O. boxes in the continental U.S. via standard ground shipping only. Orders to P.O. Box addresses are not eligible for expedited or express air shipping. Please be sure to select the Standard Shipping option during checkout. Currently, we do not offer standard ground shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Most of our products and tools can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii with either expedited or express air shipping service. As shipments to these locations require air shipping services, we are not able to ship our aerosol products.

We currently only accept orders being sent within the United States. We are not able to ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer shipping to international addresses currently.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship orders within the United States.  We are not able to ship to other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or internationally.
