We hope you will love everything you purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, we offer you the following options for product returns.
Products purchased on drybar.com may be returned within 60 days of the ship date for a full refund. We are not able to accept returns on purchases older than 60 days. We also do not accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except drybar.com. We offer free returns for all shipments originating from the continental US.
- Call Drybar Products Customer Service at (800) 646-4479
- Be prepared to provide your
- contact information
- order number (found on the packing slip in your original shipment)
- and details regarding which product(s) you would like to return
- Customer Service will email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label
- Carefully pack the returned items and your original packing list in a shipping box and seal close
- Print the shipping label provided by Customer Service, affix it to the shipping box and drop package at the nearest UPS drop-off location
- Once your return is received, please allow 14 business days for your credit to be applied to the original form of payment
Products purchased from a Drybar franchise shop location may be returned to any Drybar franchise shop location. For more details, visit drybarshops.com.
If your original purchase was made on drybar.com, your purchase must be returned to drybar.com.
All drybar.com purchases can be returned to our warehouse for processing. To protect our warehouse Team Members, all incoming packages will be held in quarantine for a total of 7 business days in accordance with the recommendation of US Department of Health & Human Services guidelines. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time.
