Drybar Giveaway – Party Ready (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Helen of Troy L.P. (the “Sponsor”), 1 Helen of Troy Plaza, El Paso, Texas 79912. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Employees of Helen of Troy Nevada Corporation and its affiliates, participating retailers, sales representatives, distributors and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Giveaway and the immediate family (spouse and parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) household members, whether or not related, of all such employees are NOT eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
To submit an entry, each participating person (“Participant”) must, during the Giveaway Period (described below) complete the following steps: follow ‘thedrybar’, and ‘renttherunway’ official accounts on Instagram, like the giveaway post, and tag one (1) friend in the comments. The “Giveaway Period” begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on February 7th, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on February 11th, 2024. There will be one (1) prize available to be awarded for the Giveaway. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.
If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing one Is free. All platform terms apply.
WINNER
One (1) potential winner (the “Winner”) will be selected on February 12th, 2024 by random selection conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during that Giveaway Period. All results of the selections are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. If by reason of a printing, computer or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a computerized random selection to award the advertised number of prizes available. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. NOTICE TO WINNER
No later than February 12th, 2022, Sponsor will individually notify the potential Winner via the Instagram account through which the potential winner entered. If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) days from the date Sponsor first tried to notify them, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner Is otherwise not In compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner forfeits all rights to receive the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
PRIZE
One (1) prize will be available after the Giveaway Period consisting of the following :

- $250 Gift Card from Rent the Runway (terms and condition apply to use)
The prize has an approximate retail value of $383. Prizes may take up to sixty (60) days to arrive, after Winner’s address is provided. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for if prize (or any portion thereof) is not delivered or lost during transit. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees, as well as any other expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prize consists only of the item(s) specifically listed as part of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for a prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available upon Winner’s request. Winner cannot transfer or substitute prize. Prize Is provided "as Is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
BY ENTERING, Participant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this Giveaway and agrees that any dispute regarding the conduct of this Giveaway, rule interpretation or award of prize, shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. By participating, Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Rent the Runway, Inc. Meta Platforms, Inc. (dba Instagram), participating retailers, sales representatives, distributors and promotion and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (collectively, "Released Parties") from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize, expiration of validity of the prize, participation in any Giveaway related activity, or participation in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled comments, messages, notifications, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's device related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or the platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Giveaway, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Giveaway is severely undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the Giveaway as a result of Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the date of such Force Majeure event or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. All entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook/Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Helen of Troy L.P. not Facebook/Instagram.
PUBLICITY GRANT
By entering the Giveaway, a Participant consents to the use by Sponsor and Its designees of his/her name, likeness, image and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (1) these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with this Giveaway shall be governed and construed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws, and (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
