However, we will be suspending our current program and effective January 1, 2021 we will no longer accept auto replenish orders. The last shipment of our current program will occur in January 2021 and will cease until we revamp the program. Auto Replenishment Program
Here's How It Works:
The Auto Replenish program includes all the perks noted on the Frequently Asked Questions page and are part of these Terms. Drybar reserves the right to change the Auto Replenish perks, including the discount amounts, shipping discounts (if any), and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current Auto Replenish subscribers.
Auto Replenish Products
The Auto Replenish program perks are limited to items displaying the Auto Replenish purchase message. Our program is only available to customers shipping to addresses in the continental United States. Your participation in the Auto Replenish program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your participation in the Auto Replenish program or any perks to any third party without our authorization.
Auto Replenish program perks and any Auto Replenish limited time special Auto Replenish promotions in effect apply only to eligible products displaying the Auto Replenish message, and then only if you select the Auto Replenish delivery method. Auto Replenish is good while supplies last. Special limited time Auto Replenish promotions only apply during their effective dates.
All returns under the Auto Replenish program are subject to Drybar Products Refund & Return Policy. Our Auto Replenish program is void where prohibited.
The Fine Print on Payment, Renewal & Cancellation
The total cost charged to your payment method for each Auto Replenish order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed less the Auto Replenish discount (if applicable), plus any applicable sales tax. Any drybar.com eligible customer credits may be applied toward the balance of your order before charging the remaining balance to your payment method. Drybar gift cards and coasters may not be used as payment for Auto Replenish orders.
The charge for each Auto Replenish item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your Auto Replenish.
Your Auto Replenish will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your Auto Replenishment page, which can be found by logging into your Account profile at drybar.com or by calling Drybar Products Customer Service at (800) 646-4479. Cancellations become effective immediately unless such cancellation is made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the product shipment date in which case the cancellation will be processed for the following shipment. If you cancel Auto Replenish for an item and then reactivate it, any discounts applied to the Auto Replenish item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. If the Auto Replenish discount percentage for the program changes or any other Auto Replenish perks change, the new discount and/or perks will be applied to your future shipments of that item.
Changes to These Terms & Conditions
Drybar may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on drybar.com), without notice to you. If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or terms and conditions. Your continued participation after we change these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your Auto Replenish.
